How do I become a member of ?

You can quickly sign up at the register. Tell the cashier that you would like to become a member, give the cashier your phone number, and you will receive an account based on your phone number. Log onto our website to complete your profile in just a couple of minutes.

Do I have to be a member to shop in the store and get your everyday sale prices?

is a benefit, not a requirement. You are guaranteed to get our advertised sale prices every time you shop in our store, whether you are a member or not.

What personal information will be requested and required to sign up?

You will be asked to share your name, phone number, and email. You may also put in your address, month and day of your birthday and a few interests. We only ask for this information so that we can communicate special offers to you. We will never sell or share your personal information with other parties.

I don't have access to a computer, how can I register?

During our introductory enrollment period we will have a computer and associate available to help you enroll. We will also have a form you may fill out with your information and a store manager can enroll you with this information.

How many emails will I receive each week if I sign up for ?

As a member of the program you will receive one email per week with special offers and promotions. You will periodically receive other emails making you aware of special time-sensitive sales, events or recall info. You will also receive an email any time you earn a offer.

Can each family member have their own account?

Yes, each family member can be a member. The best way to do this is sign up one family member who will be the primary account holder. You can add other family members to the account under secondary users, allowing you to collectively earn points, which will earn greater for your family.

How many accounts do I get when I sign up?

When you sign up for the program at the register you will be given a temporary registration card that can be thrown away once your online profile has been completed. After you’ve enrolled, simply give your phone number to the cashier and you will qualify for all of the benefits.

What is the digital wallet?

The digital wallet is your own in-store savings account.

How can I see my digital wallet balance?

There are three ways that you can see your digital wallet balance:

1. Your cashier can tell you each time you shop.
2. There is an up-to-date balance at the bottom of your receipt.
3. Login to your account through our website (or your smartphone) and view your balance.

Can I "cash out" my digital wallet balance?

Think of your digital wallet as your own in-store savings account, which you can spend on anything in the store. The digital wallet cannot be converted to cash, and can only be used towards store purchases.

What can I spend my digital wallet balance on?

Your digital wallet balance can be spent on anything in the store.

Can I use a portion of my digital wallet, or do I need to spend it all at one time?

That's another great feature of the digital wallet - spend it all at one time, or a little at a time. Just be sure to redeem your rewards before they expire.

What does real time access to my receipts mean?

You can log on to your account anytime and see your receipts. Receipts are loaded to your online account about 15 minutes after your transaction in the store is complete and will be available for viewing for 120 days.

Should I rely exclusively on the recall notification system to learn of any recalls?

When we receive notification that a product has been recalled, we will notify our members who have purchased the item. However, please do not rely solely on these notifications to provide recall information to you. Continue to watch the news and read newspapers to find out about recalls, as we are often notified after the press.
