Cream Soup Base (Gluten-Free)

What you need:

+ 1 cup milk
+ 2 Tbsp cornstarch
+ 2 Tbsp butter
+ 1 tsp chicken flavored bouillon
+ 1/2 tsp salt
+ dash of pepper
What to do:
1. In a small saucepan, whisk milk and cornstarch until well blended.
2. Add margarine, salt and pepper.
3. Heat to a boil, stirring frequently.
Use in recipes in place of a can of condensed Cream of "Whatever" Soup.
Reconstitute soup by adding one cup of water to the recipe.
-Condensed Cream of Mushroom: add 1/4 c. chopped canned mushrooms
-Condensed Cream of Celery: add 1/4 c. chopped sautéed celery
-Condensed Cream of Chicken: add 1/4 c. chopped cooked chicken
